Iran Travel Questions

Language barriers for backpackers in Iran

Question:

If things go well, I think I would like to travel to Iran around September. I do speak Farsi, although I’m sure I make occasional grammatical errors that make me sound uneducated, and I have a hard time understanding people who speak fast. Unfortunately, it seems to me that people from Tehran generally speak faster than those from other parts of the country.

Answer:

Iranians are welcoming and warm hosts and you will never feel bad when talking to them. They listen to you with patience and help you to express yourself. So, don’t worry!
