Tehran as the capital of Iran is the largest city in Western Asia. There are several palaces and imperial mansions in Tehran. Palaces used by the Pahlavi Dynasty were Niavaran, Sa’d Abad, Golestan, Marble and Morvarid. Many of those such as Niavaran and Sa’d Abad are now a museum.
