The building of this complex belongs to the late Safavid period and was endowed by the late Mohammad Ali Zargarani and Mrs. Sultan Farat. The Zargarani endowment dates back to the late Safavid era, while the Farat endowment belongs to the Pahlavi II period. Due to the building’s deterioration in 2017, restoration and reconstruction began, and after six years of continuous efforts, it was finally opened as a boutique hotel in 2023.
