I am planning to visit Kashan around 17th-19th April and wonder if I can catch any of the rose water activities.
Does anyone know when rose harvests in and around Kashan will start this year?
Answer:
The harvest season of roses and rose water festival is from early May to mid-June. But totally it depends on the weather each year.
There is also an interesting ceremony on May 8 when they spray rose water on Soltan Ali Mohammad Shrine in Kashan.
In April you can visit some Persian rose farms but not the festival.
