I am going to live in Iran for a while and teach English. I am thinking to get a small flat in the west of Tehran which is my favorite area. I find paying one-off caution better than paying monthly rent. Do you know how much would a small, normal, and regular flat in West Tehran costs?
I need no swimming pool, sauna, electronic parking gate, or modern kitchen.

If your English experience is near-native and you have a proficiency certificate in the English Language, you can easily find a position in the Language institutes in Tehran.
Expect to pay something between $20,000/Year to rent a small apartment of about 60-70 sqm in some northwestern or western areas of Tehran.
