I want to know how I can send money from Iran to Dubai, should I ask my receiver in Dubai to send me an account to send the money into or through instant cash, please clarify as I don’t want to go there looking like a novice. any help will be appreciated.

Due to the sanctions, no money transaction is possible in or out of Iran. You should only refer to the exchange shops all over Iran. There are many of them in big cities. You can easily send money to another exchange account or personal account.
